Meethe pue/ Meethe poore/ Meethe pakore/ gulgule is traditional and mouth watering dish made on
Indian festivals whether it is teej or karwachauth or badmawas or holi
depending upon once family tradition and belief. It is easy and quick dish to make. Let’s have
a look how to make it.
Ingredients
Warm water ( gunguna paani)
Jaggery(Gud)
Sauf
Flour (Aata)
Sugar (Chini)
Oil for frying
Recipe
All you need to do is take warm water and add gud to it.
Disolve gud completely in water. Keep it to come to room temperature. Add flour
,sauf to it to make thick paste and make sure there are no lumps. You can add sugar and stir it if you relish
extra sweet. Make oil in kadai and make it hot as needed for frying.
Now make balls ( round ) by using your four fingers and
thumb and keep adding them in hot oil to fry as you do for making pakodi for
kadhi. Reduce flame and fry this golden
brown.
